Due to the rising number of fraudulent imitations of fragrances, beauty and care products on the Internet, Sothys cannot guarantee the quality and authenticity of its products sold on the web. Thus, the brand requires each consumer to increase his/her vigilance. As a consequence, Sothys denies any liability in case of purchase of counterfeiting products or products that have past their sell-by date. The brand might take proceedings against counterfeiters.
